Burj Khalifa is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Dubai. With its 828 meters it's also the tallest building in the city and therefore impossible to miss when you walk through the streets.

With this ticket you get a pre-booked timeslot, which gives you faster access to the Burj Khalifa, compared to those buying a ticket at the door. From the ground level you enter the fast elevator that transports you up in the air to the 124th and 125th floor of the building.

The observation deck on the 124th and 125th floors is called 'At The Top'. On the 124th floor there are modern telescopes, which you can use to get a closer look of the city. On the 125th floor you're 456 meters high in the air, where you get a stunning 360-degree view over Dubai.

The panoramic view over Dubai from the observation deck is absolutely breathtaking - and that is during any time of the day. If you want a little extra treat, you can experience the view by the time of sunset. The sky changes color and from light to dark while the city below you comes to life and the street lights begin to shine. This time of day is by photographers called 'the golden hour' - and getting this view in the stunning Dubai makes it a little extra special!

How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete, your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email.

How does it work? 
You check-in at the counters at the lower ground floor of The Dubai Mall. Remember to bring your e-ticket and a valid photo ID. Once you have checked in, you proceed through the security check to the elevators.

- Visitors must go through a security check and show a valid ID.
- The best time for sunset views is between 17:00-19:00, we recommend arriving slightly earlier.
- Bags and suitcases aren't allowed upstairs.
- This experience is wheelchair accessible. 
- During high season, bank holidays, weekends and school holidays, you may experience queuing along the journey to the deck.
